If you are like me, you have A LOT of email that comes in each day. It seems like more come in than go out or gets processed into folders.

No matter if you have 50, 100, or 1000+ emails in your inbox, you can set your
"Maximum page size" to view as few as 10 at a time or as many as 100.

Here's the simple process:
  • Click on the Settings gear on the top right of your Gmail page.
  • Click on "See all settings" at the top of the "Quick settings" list.
  • Go to "Maximum page size" (see image below)

  • Use the drop down menu in the "Show [   ] conversations per page" section to set your conversations at 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, or 100.
  • Click back to Inbox and you will see the number of conversations you set.

I prefer setting my conversations per page at 100 because I have way too many emails in my inbox.

We hope this tip was helpful.
